Fine and damages from shipping, moving, courier or cargo firm.

One can easily claim damages from a cargo or a shipping firm, if one sees that the company has been lax in transportation of goods. One needs to check the following points before one can make an appeal to the court.

1 Was there a laxity in the shipping company's business?

2 Do you have the bill for the deal that went wrong.

3 Was your shipment insured?

4 What disclousers had you made to the company on nature of goods?

5 Was the nature of goods perishable?

6 Have you appealed to the local office of the compnay for damages?

If you tick all the above boxes, you can file an appeal with any of the courts designated for dealing with affairs arising out of breach of contract, and the shipping company will have to pay damages.
